By making a contribution to Phoenix Health Research Institute, Inc., you acknowledge that your donation is voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. PHRI reserves the right to use donated funds in a manner consistent with its mission and organizational priorities. In the event that a specific project becomes fully funded or is modified, PHRI may reallocate funds to a substantially similar initiative aligned with its charitable purpose.

Donors may designate contributions for specific programs or initiatives. While PHRI will make every reasonable effort to honor donor intent, all contributions are subject to the ultimate discretion and control of the organization’s governing authority to ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and mission alignment.
